If you want to become a partner, you must *always* follow our rules (see our gallery submit page).
If you apply for an account here, make sure that you have submitted at least 5 galleries with the email address you give us (we'll check the galleries you've submitted thusfar, so no need to send us url's - just make sure you have already submitted at least 5 galleries to us).
